Are you looking for a new adventure for your family and friends? Consider getting back down to earth and explore the caves around Tuscon. Kartchner Caverns State Park Discovered in 1974 but kept secret until 1978, the Kartchner Caverns State Park started off as a cave that no one had ever found until they did. Randy Tufts and Gary Teen discovered the caves but waited until much later to tell the property owners. The caves are now protected and serviced by Arizona State Parks. There are currently two cave tours available at Kartchner Caverns, a Rotunda/Throne and a Big Room. Each tour is approximately one-half mile in length. The Rotunda/Throne Tour lasts about 90 minutes, with 50 of those spent underground. For an hour and forty-five minutes, with an hour underground, check out the Big Room Tour. Trained guides lead all tours, which are scheduled throughout the day. Colossal Cave Mountain Park Another great spot to explore caves around Tuscon is the Colossal Cave Mountain Park, located in Vail. There are currently three tours available. First, the Classic Cave Tour takes you along a half-mile guided walk that will take you about 40 minutes to complete. The ladder tour is a 1.5-hour long tour that has you climbing steep ladders and squeezing through narrow passages to gain a unique perspective of the caves. Finally, the Wild Cave Tour is a 3.5-hour long tour through unlit, unmarked, rugged passageways. Cave exploring gives you an up-close and in-depth look into the great unknown. Book your tour today!

Hyundai Hope on Wheels   Pediatric cancer affects kids at a time in their lives when they just want to play and have fun, and well, be kids. Through no fault of their own, they're dealt a horrible hand. Get to know Hyundai Hope on Wheels and what they're doing to help strike down pediatric cancer. What Is Hyundai Hope on Wheels? Hyundai joined forces with several New England-area dealerships to fight pediatric cancer by supporting the Jimmy Fund at the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute through a local initiative in 1998. This small initiative soon took over nationwide and became the Hyundai Hope on Wheels, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to creating awareness and funding research for childhood cancer. Life-time donations passed $172 million in 2020. Why Is it Important to Fund Pediatric Cancer Research? Not long ago, being diagnosed with pediatric cancer was almost always bleak, and not many children survived.  Less than 4% of federal research funding goes to pediatric cancer research, so it depends on donations from other organizations, such as Hyundai Hope on Wheels. There's a cure for almost 80% of pediatric cancers today, thanks to advances in research and technology. Many cancers are high risk to children, and the side effects of treatment are hard on their little bodies. Research's goal is to improve care for children diagnosed with cancer and improve the ability to cure such cancers.   Every new Hyundai that is sold is a donation to the Hyundai Hope on Wheels program. You can feel good about sliding behind the wheel of your new Hyundai, knowing your donation makes a difference.
