Good afternoon. I am writing this email about Raul Johnson. My A/C went out in my Tucson, I purchased it at Chapman. I called them several times trying to get someone to help me to see if I still had warranty. My experience with them was very frustrating, not one person would help me. My friend Cruz said got to Jim Click Hyundai. I pulled into service Raul Johnson approach me , I explained my frustration. He took the time to check my warranty and ensured me that we will figure this out. I did have warranty that same day Raul took my car and had the A/C fixed. His customer service was so refreshing that I cried. Two weeks later I brought my car in to have the 27 point check and an oil change. Service was perfect and his communication was amazing. Raul took his time and took the stress away by caring about me.

"What an enjoyable experience I had"

I wanted to take the time to send an email to let you know what an enjoyable experience I had purchasing a new Hyundai Elantra today.  My salesman (Khalid Elessari) and I had communicated by email, and it was nice to meet him.  He was personable and professional, and immediately I knew that he was definitely on my side.  He was very helpful and friendly. 

In addition, I spent a bit of time with Finance Manager Jeremy Kelly.  I was equally impressed with the feeling that he truly wanted to help me get this done.

I had not bought a new car for 30 years, making do with used instead.  If I had known how easy and enjoyable the process was, I may not have waited so long.  These two guys deserve a commendation for their service to me.

Thanks so much to the entire Click Hyundai team, and to Khalid and Jeremy in particular.

"This what I call surpassing expectations!"

Thank you for Dallas Carrico. I bought a car from him 6 weeks ago, I was in an accident 4/3 and my car was totaled. He had me in a new car that I am very happy with by 4/10. He kept me within my tight budget and I drove away a happy customer. Then today, I got a call from Kevin Hart who found a lender for me which will not only save me $1600 in interest but will also allow me to get GAP insurance. These two employees went out of their way to help me in a difficult emotional and financial time. This what I call surpassing expectations! They should be recognized officially for their outstanding customer service.

"I have three descriptive adjectives"

I have three descriptive adjectives that apply to my experience today at your Hyundai Service Center on 22nd Street; "happy", "appreciative" and "relieved"! These reflections of my feelings can be arranged in any order and still be applicable. Your Service Manager, Jon Kilpatrick, and the mechanic, John, that cured the ills of my 2009 Santa Fe did exactly as I wished; they eliminated the 'groans' I was hearing from my vehicle. Interestingly, even though I had described the symptoms my vehicle exhibited, it wasn't until Jon became personally aware of my plight, and made a hands-on investigation, that the root-cause was discovered. In a relatively short time John-the-mechanic operated and resolved the problem. I believe, from the evidence and comments shared today, the problem came with the vehicle from the factory and did manifest itself fairly soon; the personal attention by Jon Kilpatrick made the difference. I fell much better and I thank you, Jon and John. Best regards

They made me feel important and I haven't experienced that feeling in a long time.  I usually don't have my vehicles serviced at dealerships, however, I will be utilizing your service center from this point on.  Thank you for a wonderful experience.

"My husband and I visited the East side location today"

My husband and I visited the East side location today to test drive new Hyundai's. We have purchased three Hyundai's from Jim Click and are considering a forth. We worked with David today and I just wanted to write to let you know that we enjoyed working with him today. We have decided to wait until the new year for finance reasons to purchase a new vehicle and hope that we will be able to work with David again at that time. 2011 Hyundai Elantra 2010 Kia Rio I wanted to take a moment to commend one of your salesmen, Chuck Haase. Mr. Haase is truly a professional. He was very easy to deal with in the purchase of my new Hyundai Elantra earlier this year. I received a notice for a recent sale of hail damaged vehicles. The timing was great since I was shopping for a car for my son. Since I value my relationship with Mr. Haase, I knew he'd be a straight shooter and answer my questions about the hail damaged vehicles. Not only did he answer my questions but walked me through every step of the process. I was successful in in purchasing a Kia Rio for my son thanks to Chuck's assistance.
