To Our Customers:

We take being named an essential service provider very seriously, and our dedicated staff is here to serve our community's automotive needs. The safety of our customers and team members is and always has been of the utmost importance to us.  We truly value our relationship with you and because of this, we want to assure you that our Company has taken steps in all of our locations to minimize the spread of COVID-19 and other contagious illnesses. 

In addition, we are actively staying up-to-date on new information and developments regarding COVID-19.  Following the guidance of local, state and federal agencies, we have developed new procedures and modified others to ensure our environment is as safe as possible.  Further, we are prepared to make other changes immediately based on this evolving situation.

Our Dealership is being cleaned continually with appropriate products and our team members have been instructed to follow a safety protocol that includes:

  • Regular hand washing                           
  • Not touching our faces
  • Ongoing sanitization of surfaces           
  • No handshaking
  • Social distancing-including waiting areas (below)       
  • Staying home if they feel ill
  • Staying home if they have traveled recently    
  • Seeking appropriate medical assistance
  • Pickup and delivery by appointment                
  • Text and Online Repair payment processing
  • All shared refreshment areas are out of service

Plus:

  • Team members wearing fresh gloves for each customer vehicle
  • Disinfecting of all touch surfaces when the vehicle arrives
  • Utilization of seat covers, floor mats and steering wheel covers on every vehicle
  • Technicians wear fresh gloves and glasses for each vehicle
  • Courtesy LYFT ® transportation while we service your vehicle to minimize in-store traffic
  • Courtesy Hyundai vehicles for customers who are having warranty or recall repairs done (based on availability)
